Powerful software modules to perform specific tasks
As a cloud-based Software as a Service, Eagle Trax™ continuously evolves with new functionalities and modules added over time. With the latest release, we are now expanding the software to seven available modules, including the new HVAC and Egg storage module:
- The Basic module provides a sharp overview of the entire hatchery at any time. Together with the monitoring, alarm, and historical analysis tools, it brings hatchery management to the next level.
- The Maintenance module facilitates efficient maintenance planning and enables predictive maintenance management to maximize the useful life of equipment while avoiding operational disruption.
- The HVAC module monitors and tracks the hatchery’s complete HVAC system, visualizing key information and alerting in case of issues.
- The Trax module is the hatchery manager’s virtual assistant, guiding him to take the right decisions on when and how to incubate which eggs. It facilitates the efficient management of all core processes in the hatchery.
- The Egg storage module empowers hatchery managers to efficiently oversee egg storage, providing data-driven insights and ensuring optimal implementation of Re-Store heat treatments.
- The Breeder farm module allows hatchery managers to optimize the egg supply and hatchery production planning, while automatically feeding back important fertility and hatchability data to the breeder farm.
- The Grow-out farm module allows hatchery managers to optimize the chick order and delivery planning, while automatically receiving feedback from the grow-out farm on chick mortality.

Bridging the gap: connecting older-generation incubators to Eagle Trax™
As part of Petersime's mission to digitalize hatcheries, we are committed to enhancing the intelligence of all our incubators. This initiative was already evident in our new range of conventional incubators launched at the end of 2023, which introduced the Vision+ controller, directly linking the Conventional Series to the advanced Eagle Trax™ software.
We are now taking a significant step forward with the introduction of the new Focus+ controller (available as of summer 2025). This innovative controller will enable our older-generation incubators from the AirStreamer™ family to connect seamlessly with the Eagle Trax™ software. It will bring numerous benefits, offering hatcheries equipped with AirStreamer™ incubators a unique opportunity to confidently embrace the future.
