Petersime goes the extra mile for the most accessible customer service

As world leader in the field of incubation, Petersime has always been focused on offering a full range of service activities that help maximize customers’ hatchery results. With the introduction of MyPetersime in 2023, we launched a comprehensive customer portal to provide a seamless digital experience covering all aspects of Petersime service and assistance. As of September, newly added features offer an even better user experience. Here’s what is new: 

Add to calendar functionality

One of the newest additions is the 'Add to calendar' feature. You can now easily schedule important events like the Hatchery Focus E-Trainings, Hatchery Management Trainings, Single-Stage Incubator Trainings and other events and conferences directly into your personal calendar. This handy tool ensures you will never miss out on key events that you are planning to attend. 

Customizable notifications

Managing your notifications is now simpler and more tailored to your preferences. You can select the specific topics you are interested in, ensuring you receive only the email updates that match your interests. By adjusting the preferences in your settings, you can select exactly what you wish to receive by email: 'general updates', 'commercial updates', 'new features in the knowledge base' and 'information about events'. 

Enhanced search function in knowledge base

Finding information in the extensive knowledge base is now more user-friendly. The upgraded search function allows you to quickly locate what you need without navigating through multiple layers (hatchery management & incubation, automation, hatchery climate control, …). Simply enter your query in the search bar and you will get instant access to relevant information. 

Direct access to incubation specialists

We have introduced a new feature under the 'Find your contact' tab to bring you in direct contact with our incubation specialists. This option, now available as the 4^th selection in the tab, allows you to easily seek advice, ask questions and discuss any issues related to incubation through this new portal section. 

Online form for ordering our services

Ordering our services has been streamlined with a new online order form. Whether you are interested in individual services or prefer a comprehensive membership package that includes both on-site and customized training, you can now place your orders efficiently through our portal. 

These updates reflect Petersime’s ongoing commitment to enhancing your experience and providing you with tools that make your interactions with us more efficient and rewarding.
