Aviagen, a leading poultry breeding company, inaugurated a new parent stock hatchery in the San Juan Province in Argentina with the support of Petersime and Laboratorios Bimex. The hatchery, with an initial setting capacity of 10 million eggs per year, is the first phase of a project designed to grow its capacity in the future, strengthening both the Argentine domestic market and the potential for export to third countries in Latin America and other regions in the world.

In the first phase, we delivered X-Streamer™ 8S and 4S HD setters and X-Streamer™ 4H HD hatchers, a custom-designed HVAC system and essential support solutions such as Re-Store for maximum embryo viability and Chick-Store for optimal chick holding.
Additionally, Aviagen decided to accommodate the facility with Petersime’s intelligent Eagle Trax™ software, which transforms data into maximum poultry performance. This software includes powerful modules such as the Basic, Maintenance and Trax module, allowing Aviagen to have full control over their operations.
